overwriting files

the ability to specify whether or not a destination file can be overwritten would be nice. (so that user created db files do not get overwritten when updating)

Another key thing would be the ability to set working directories in the shortcut. I see from the looks of the present set up that that is coming at some point. That woiuld be extremely useful.
