Add 'Open Output Folder' to Visual Studio Extension

After making changes/updates to my VS solution, I can update the AI version and the product code updates automatically, which is great. I can then build the solution, which includes the AI project, all from withing VS. I don't need to open the AI GUI.
It would be great to have an 'Open Output Folder' added to the Visual Studio Extension of AI.
