3rd party download integration

Hi, is it possible for file download operation to run the download task using 3rd party downloader application like Internet download manager? Instead of download the file internally using the installer itself? Because I had to put large sized component and I'm afraid it will be failed during the download process.

I'm afraid that might not be possible.

However, what I think can be done here is:

- adding the tool as a pre-install prerequisite

- later, during the installation process, run the tool and make it download the requested file through a custom action
