Hi,
As far as I can tell AI_AiBackupImmediate is failing during a product upgrade at the point where it is taking a backup before removing the previous installation of the same product.
This is happening for only one customer and I need to find a way around the problem.
I am attaching the verbose log from the customer sdd.log.
I can also provide the aip file on request.

Unfortunately, I can not say for sure why this custom action fails.
In order for me to further investigate this, could you please also forward me, by e-mail at support at advancedinstaller dot com the following:
- the .AIP file
- a download link for the setup (built with the above .AIP file)
so I can further investigate this?
In what regards that custom action, it is added in your project when you set the "Do not overwrite existing file" option for any of your files.
