TFS Build Agent Error: A supported task execution handler was not found.

I had encountered an exception with the Advanced Installer build tasks in TFS all of a sudden.
The exception that I get is : A supported task execution handler was not found. The task does not carry an implementation that is compatible with your current operating system 'Windows'.

This did not happen for the past few days and only showed up all of a sudden. I tried comparing the failed build with a successful one from a few days back and I can see that the installer tool and build tool versions were updated:
1) 1.2.4 -> 1.2.5
2) 2.0.6 -> 2.0.7
I am not sure if that would be related.

We were able to resolve the issue by updating the agent from the build definition.

Agent Version = 2.136.1 updated to version 2.206.0
