silent install problem?

Hi,
I need to set up silent install for visual c++ redistribute 2022 for my .exe but the dialog box always shows up and asks to agree license term.
How to avoid this?

my setting:
full UI: /qn
basic UI: /qn
Silent: /qn /norestart

Hello,

Are you using the package from our predefined list of prerequisites?

I have run a test just now and with the following command line arguments the redistributable was installed as expected, wtihout any license agreement dialog popping up.
