.NET 4.6.1 prerequisite install condition on Windows 10

Hello,

I think there should be an update to the .NET 4.6.1 prerequisite install conditions.
- Windows 10 should be included in the "Supported Windows versions" since .NET 4.6 is included in Windows 10 RTM (4.6.1 was not included until the November update, version 1511).
- The registry check should be > 394253 instead of 394270 (Release 394254 is for .NET 4.6.1 on the Windows 10 November Update, and Release 394271 is for .NET 4.6.1 on other OSes).
