Re: Apache derby

Hi,

Advanced Installer has the possibility to run SQL scritps over a certain database using the SQL Scripts page.

Here is a little tutorial that shows how to use this page, maybe it can help you to run your scripts against the Apache Derby DB.

Please let us know if you have other questions.

Re: Apache derby

Hi,

I'v been tryin like crazy to execute some Derby Scripts.

I'm NOT able to obtain the DLLs for Derby to create a custm ODBC driver.

Can I use any of the below Predefined drivers to execute Derby DDL / DML scripts??

Re: Apache derby

Hi,

I'm afraid that Advanced Installer doesn't support Derby databases. The only way to work with them during an installation is by using custom actions.
