Strange 1334 error with Window 7

We are getting avery strange 1334 error just with Windows 7. Not with XP, or Vista. It tells me that a file is missing from a cab. If I turn CAB compression off, then the problem goes away. Here are the lines from the verbose dump.

What could be causing this. How can it be avoided.
