[Bug] Surface theme

I have a bug in the layout with the surface theme.



Here is a way to fix this easily ?

I've tested you scenario, but I cannot reproduce the behavior. Can you please attach a sample reproducing the behavior or can you give us a test case scenario so we can reproduce and investigate this issue?

Hello Fabien,

This seems to be an Advanced Installer issue. A fix will be available in a future version of Advanced Installer, thank you for bringing it to our attention. Until then, as a workaround you can proceed like this:
- Open you .AIP (project file) with a text editor.
- Search the "UnistallCleanupCheckBox" control corresponding row and edit it like this:

<ROW Dialog_="VerifyRemoveDlg" Control="UnistallCleanupCheckBox" Type="CheckBox" X="18" Y="220" Width="320" Height="26" Attributes="3" Property="AI_CLEAN_RESOURCES_UNINSTALL" Text="Remove [ProductName] settings and temporary files." Order="1100"/>

There are also some colors that are really difficult to discern on the dark theme, I think it's also possible to modify this on aip.

Hey,

With regards to the Licence Agreement Dialog's font. The color of the text there is given by the rtf that is loaded in the edit. Your rtf's font is black, we recommend you make it white, or perhaps even better, a very light grey. You can refer to this thread, where the solution is discussed in more detail:

Regarding the invalid checkbox position, we are working on it as we speak. The fix will be available in 9.8, as 9.7 is already in testing.

Starting with the version 14.2 of Advanced Installer released on July 26th, 2017 you can set the text style for a scrolable edit text control.
