Possible bug in Updater

Hi,
I'm using Advanced Installer 4.6.4 and I found a bug in the updater.
I've produced two subsequent updates, but the MSI files in these updates happened to be with exactly the same size. The problem is that the updater reports that there's a new update available, but is using the old MSI file (the local cached copy) instead of downloading the new one, possibly because their file size is equal.
Could you please, verify this information?

Hi Vladislav,

How exactly you create the update? Note that it is required to place each new update data in a section with a new and different name from the others. This is because the Updater will download the update file in a folder with the same name as the section. You can read more here:

In the "Updates Configuration" project the section corresponds to the name form "Organization" list.

Gigi

Hi Gigi,
thank you. Your reply answers my question.
The problem that led to the behavior I've described is that I'm using one section name for both updates.

Vladislav
