Start menu - working directory

When I create a start menu shortcut, the working directory gets set to the desktop, even though I have specified the application directory. For desktop shortcuts, it does correctly set a working directory. Any idea why it won't work on the start menu?

We cannot reproduce this problem. The working directory is set correctly in both cases. Can you check again? Send us the AIP file if you still have the problem.

The AIP shortcut entry said "DesktopFolder", even though the properties dialog kept showing "TARGETDIR". After I manually edited the AIP, it worked ok, and it seems to be staying that way now. Whatever caused the original inconsistency, it's cleared up. Thanks for the hint - I didn't realize the AIP file was just xml.

I'm happy now, and I can go ahead and buy the program.
