How to export .reg file from an MSI Package?

Hi,

I have a MSI created using Advanced Installer for Outlook Add-In. One of our customer is requesting for MSI extracted files to repackage it with an internal installation tool. I tried extracting the MSI and all DLL, XML and config files are extracted without any problem. But customer needs the .reg file as well. Is there a way to extract this from MSI? Or do I need to create it manually?

Hi Prasad,

We do not have support to export the registry entries from Advanced Installer. We have this improvement on our TODO list and it will be available in a future version of Advanced Installer.

So, to overcome this you will have to manually create the registry.
