Problem with "Shared DLL reference count"

Hello I'm trying to install some files in windos\program files\common files\ that are shared for more than on program. It seems that "Shared DLL reference count" didn't work no mater if I use it or not these files are gone after uninstall.

Any ideas ?

Also, I notice that if I use "permanent" for such files it works only on new projects made by 2.2. If I use it in old projects the files that must be "permanent" are gone after uninstall.

I tested this with some DLLs and it worked just fine. Can you please send us a minimal AIP with the files necessary to reproduce this problem? Email: support at advanced installer dot com.

Same for the second issue.
