Repackager doesn't resume after reboot

Using "Prompt and wait after installing packages", the wizard is nowhere to be found following a reboot triggered either by the captured installer or manually at the continue dialogue.
In other words, this does not work in 13.7 on an up-to-date Windows 10 x64. I also confirmed this with 13.5, which leads me to think it is an OS/compatibility issue.
UAC is off and the Repackager is run by the Administrator.

I just confirmed that this is not an issue on an up-to-date Windows 7 x64 (unfortunately, I don't have a Windows 8[.1] machine to try on).
Can you please confirm and fix the post-reboot hook on Win 10?
Meanwhile, is there a workaround? E.g. can the Repackager be restarted with an argument, or is it, in fact, a wider issue of it no being able to retain its state across a reboot?

The QA team in not able to replicate the described behaviour. Can you please tell us if you are repackaging in a virtual machine or the repackaging operation is performed on the local machine?

Thanks for your quick response.
I'm running Windows 10 Edu x64 inside VMware 12.5.4 (as far as I can tell, everything is completely up-to-date).
The OS is absolutely vanilla, except:
- Windows Defender, Windows Update, Search Indexing are disabled
- vmtools are installed

Is there any debug information I could collect for you?

I see changes related to this in 14.1.1, and can confirm that this has been resolved.
