Hello,
My Application Folder as a name is like this: [ProgramFilesFolder][Manufacturer]\[ProductName]
When I uninstall the package Software, the Folder [ProgramFilesFolder][Manufacturer] will not be removed but is empty on the client.
Do I missing something so that this directory is being deleted?

Hello Eric,
This issue could be triggered by the fact that the parent folder was not created by your package. It could be, for example, a left-over from a previous installation. The uninstall process will only remove the resources that it creates, thus it will be left on disk. Please uninstall the package, delete the folder and re test your scenario. If this issue still reproduces, please send us the .AIP (project) and a verbose log of the installation to support at advancedinstaller dot com so we can investigate them.
