Install error : File does not exist

hi,

One of my clients has this issue when he tries install our software:
"Problems comes when trying to install the software a error pop up raises indicating "File does not exist: C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Roaming\Micropross\MySoftware_Version\install\1679D5C\MySoftware_Version_x86.msi"."
Do you know what is the cause of the problem?

We are not sure why you encounter this behavior.
Could you send us the .AIP (project) and a verbose log of the installation to support at advancedinstaller dot com so we can investigate them?

Also a screenshot with the encountered error would be very helpful.

I have tested your project by building it with dummy resources but I couldn't reproduce this issue. Could you reproduce this problem on multiple machines? If you could, please send us a download link for the setup and a testcase so we could further investigate this problem.

In order to fix this, could you please try the following method :
- go to "Install Parameters" page and add the following property:
Name: ExtractFilesFirst
Value: 1
-rebuild and test again

This issue might be caused by some anti-virus software so please perform a test with AV software disabled.
