Hi,
When i start the installer, at the page where i can select the features to install, some of the checkboxes are very laggy in response.
f.e. If I click the checkbox, it lasts 10 till 30 seconds till the check box is checked. This leads the user to click the checkbox again. But then it gets deselected again after the checkmark appeared.
This bad response only occurs at 1 of 7 features. I think that the reason might be that this feature contain a huge amount of files. The feature contains about 29.000 files and 3.700 folders. Needed disk space for all files togehter is about 290 MB.
The theme I use is called 'BlackSurface'. AI version is 14.0.2.
What can i do, so that the checkbox ist responding normal?

Hello,
Indeed, you can encounter this behavior when features with large number of resource files are part of your setup package. This is because there are costing operations (disk space check, etc) when a feature is selected/deselected for installation.
This is the default Windows Installer behavior. Thank you for your understanding.
