Wow6432Node

Hi all

Having a problem. Need to create a msi package that puts registry entries into hklm\software\ and hklm\software\wow6432node.

What we need is a package for a client and they need it to support a 64bit and 32bit version of Office on a 64bit system.

Even though we add the duplicate keys to the package interface regardless of how we set it up it only puts the keys in one of those locations.

How do we get one package that kan put keys in regular hierarchy and Wow6432Node?

Does not really matter if operating system is 64bit or not. It just needs to put the keys there.

Hi and welcome to Advanced Installer forums.

In order to be able to install registry entries in the 32-bit and the 64-bit sections you can implement the steps from the "How to install different registry entries based on the Operating System (32/64-bit)" tutorial.

Let me know if this helped, otherwise give me more details about your scenario.
