"Next" is greyed out, but log says it can't be

Hello Advanced Installer team,

From our AI 14.5.2 installer, one customer submitted to us a problem with incorrect control conditions.

Only occurrence of SERVERNOTINAD property in the log:

MSI (c) (98!A4) [07:18:34:676]: PROPERTY CHANGE: Adding SERVERNOTINAD property. Its value is 'false'.

Usage of the SERVERNOTINAD property in the Control conditions of the button:



However, the button is greyed out in the interface:



Since the first half of the OR condition already evaluates to true, the second part should not be relevant, but I'd like to note that I didn't find that property at all in the verbose log. All other customers are unaffected.

What could be the issue?

Hello Alexander,

Can you please send us the .AIP (project file) and a verbose log of the installation to support at advancedinstaller dot com so we can investigate them?

If you cannot share with us your project file, then you can try to isolate the behavior in a buildable sample (.aip + its referenced files) which we can build and test on our side.
