Patch do not display image in WIN7

Hi,

Problem description -
An msp file patch run correctly and show images dialog in WIN10 but not when running in WIN7

How to reproduce :
The msi contains in the « patch » install sequence : a prepareDlg, with a logo, and an image in the progressDlg
I built a patch aip project in WIN10, and I obtained an msp file
I run this msp file in WIN10 -> the images in dialogs are displayed
I run the same msp file in WIN7 -> the images in dialogs are not displayed

I have the same result if the msp file is built in WIN7.

Environment – Advanced installer 14.4.2 (msi and msp build)

thanks for your answer, but my problem appears only for patch, the same installer (used to generate the patch) has no problem with my custom images...

Hi,

The main installer may correctly display the images if it is an EXE package.
