Call DLL function didn't work

Hi,

I am trying to access a function from DLL it runs the installation however, the expected value is not pasted. Attached sample project.

I am very much disappointed, we have Enterprise license and we do not get efficient support on time. I had to struggle lot to get resolution and have lost time.
