Grunt is not working through batch file

I run a grunt command using batch file it shows grunt is not recognized as internal or external command. But it works when I run the same command from same directory without using advanced installer.
What is the reason behind this?

Hi and welcome to our forums.

The difference may appear if the batch file is launch under different user accounts in the scenario you presented. Do you launch it with the "Run as administrator" option when it works? Can you send me some screenshots of the two scenarios?
