Can't get rid of "Trial Version"

I own Advanced Installer, I've actually bought maintenance updates a few times over the years.

I need to do an update and had to reload the machine it's been installed on, so i'm downloading 14.8 and I can't get it to take my license number, it just keeps reverting to trial version

Please help! I'm on a deadline to get this update out.

Hi,

If you cannot register Advanced Installer online, you can use the "by email" registration method and send us an email with your license key and Computer ID to support at advancedinstaller dot com, so we can generate a license file for you.
