Advanced Installer Express - Cant Register

I installed the Express edition of Advanced Installer so that I can test out the Desktop Bridge. However I think my company might be blocking the path Registration is trying to reach.

Does anyone have the path that the registration is trying to reach? If so I can pass this along to our security team so that they can provide rights for me.
