Installer Icon

During installation at upper left corner of installer dialog my application icon appears, but during repair/uninstall my application icon does not appear.
How can I fix this?

Hi,

In order for the icon to be displayed during maintenance too, you can go in the "Themes" page, "Settings" tab and check the "Always (install, uninstall and maintenance)" option.

I have already checked it, but doesn't work. My problem about only "icon", all others are same as installation dialog. Only icon is missing during repair/uninstall.
I created a shortcut for uninstall , when I want to uninstall it by clicking shortcut, this bug appears only in this situation.
But when I want to uninstall it from control panel, it works nicely.

Hi,

If you want the icon to be displayed when the uninstall shortcut is launched, you need to set the following shortcut target for it in the "Files and Folders" page:

Code: Select all

Shortcut Target: [AI_UNINSTALLER]

Thanks, it works .
But it shows different behavior in windows 7 and windows 10.
In windows 10, during uninstall it show the "shortcut uninstall icon" in pin taskbar instead of application icon .
But ,in windows 7, it shows application icon in pin taskbar.

Hi,

Sorry for the late replay.

The shortcut icon is shown in the taskbar when the "Yes" or "No" uninstall prompt is displayed by the uninstall shortcut, but during the uninstallation progress, the application icon is shown in Windows 10, too.
