Dear Sir,
I need to create virtual directory for my web application (eg. Test123 under folder "C:\inetpub\wwwroot\" and Test123 should be a virtual directory) how to over write virtual directory at the time of running setup. I am using Advanced Installer 12.6.1

Hi Pradeep and welcome to Advanced Installer forums,
To install files under the inetpub>wwwroot then you can follow the steps from the Always install webapp resources under inetpub>wwwroot no matter if IIS is enabled or not article.
Once you added your files to the installer, then you can go in the IIS page and create the virtual directory.
For a better start with IIS and Advanced Installer I would recommend you take a look on our IIS HowTos articles and IIS tutorial.
