I'm using Admin account and I've tried to run the msi as administrator, but this still happens (see the screenshot). How to fix it? How I can troubleshoot this problem?

Just solved this myself by whitelisting msiexec in Windows Defender Controlled folder access. Seems like this is a Windows issue

I'm glad you solved the problem.
Indeed, the problem may appear if the "Enable Controlled folder access" policy setting is enabled. However, this setting blocks the installation of all the MSI packages that contain a desktop shortcut, not only the Advanced Installer package.
