Hello,
This happens because the related static text boundaries are exceeding bottom side border of the banner image. This is our default implementation when using the Enhanced User Interface feature.
To avoid this behavior just try tho shrink up your text boundaries so that it is entirely embedded in the banner image section of the dialog (the top white background image).
