File Operations (Removal, Duplication and Copy/Move) are not working

After upgraded to 15.2 the File Operation seems no longer working after several testing. Please advise.

I have tested your scenario but everything worked as expected.

Can you please give me more details about your scenario (maybe exemplify)? Also, a sample which we can use to reproduce the behavior would help us a lot!
