Hi
In creating an update package, I am installing new files into a directory that contains a lot of really old defunct files. Is there any way I can get advancedinstaller to delete all or specific files that aren't in the latest update?

First of all, sorry for the delayed reply.
Windows Installer supports major application upgrades. A major upgrade is essentially the removal of an older product which is replaced by a newer product. In Advanced Installer the upgrades can be configured from the "Upgrades" page, under "Product Information" group.
