Installation Problem

Hi,

We are having installation problem at a client site. We are getting ODBC server timeout error.
We install SQL scripts as a part of our installation to create DB, create tables etc.
User has rights to create table, create database and we have verified that.
I have attached error and zip file of log.
Can you please review and advise?

Hello Santosh,

First of all, thank you for your sent files.

Unfortunately, your sent log is incomplete, not logging any relevant information about why the setup failed to install.

However, taking in consideration the error, it most probably is caused by the fact that the Connection String is invalid. Can you please try to manually connect to the database on the computer where the issue is reproduced using the parameters information provided in the "SQL Databases" page?
