In my project under Files and Folders -> Application Folder I have some of the sub-folders with a simple folder icon and others with an X over the folder icon. I cannot find anywhere that describes what the X means for the folders that have it. Everything seems to work fine but I'm worried that these icons are trying to tell me something. Where do I go to find out what this means.

Hello Ed,
The "x" mark over your folder means that you have a file/folder removal operation. To check this, simply right click on your file/folder --> "Properties" --> "Operations" tab and there you should have the "Remove folder" option checked.
