How to know which pre requisites are installed?

Hi Team,

We have total 3 pre requisites:
SQL Server 2012
ODBC Driver 13
Windows’ Internet Information Service (IIS)

If system already has SQL server 2012 then ODBC and IIS installed according to that i want to show the message ODBC and IIS installed successfully. This conditions will depends upon the system to system. So needed help to show the message according to pre requisites are installed in the system.

Question: Can we get the value from Pre requisite selector. If yes then how? Or can we get the value from AI_MISSING_PREREQS this property?

Please help in this out as soon as possible.

Regards.

Hello Sanjay,

I have answered your colleague's thread here:

Can we get the value from Pre requisite selector.
Unfortunately, that is not possible. The prerequisite selector control is seen at a whole and you do not have access to its components (the checkboxes associated with every prerequisite).
Or can we get the value from AI_MISSING_PREREQS this property?
The AI_MISSING_PREREQS property will only be set if at least one of the Pre-install prerequisites was scheduled for installation, otherwise the property is empty. With that being said, I am afraid using this property may not be of help in your case.

Kind regards,
