Prerequisites: Install Condition should not verify if file version is installed

Dear Advanced Installer Support Team,

In the Prerequisites section, I want the Install Conditions not to verify if my file is installed.
I have the weird situation, that we need to check for a certain file version (in the search condition) but the file to be installed is older! That meens we want the install condition not to verify the version after installation.

Is this possible to do?

Hello Dante,

Unfortunately we don't have support for this behavior. The correct implementation would be to use a condition for installing prerequisites that is false when the prerequisite is not installed and true when the prerequisite is installed.
