Remove corrupt install

Hi,

I have a customer who has gone into the registry and removed some keys associated with my product name. My product does not use the registry, so these would have been AdvancedInstaller keys. It is not clear what keys were removed.

Now their installation is corrupt and they would like to upgrade to the latest version. They cannot install the latest because they cannot uninstall the previous version. It is also not clear what version of the product they installed / corrupted.

I am not sure how to approach this problem. How can this user install my software?
