AI 15.7 Error importing Visual Studio Setup project

Hello,

I tried importing a Visual Studio Setup Project (made in VS2010, see attached) using AI 15.7 and received the following error message:

"The application ran into a problem that it couldn't handle. Sorry for the inconvenience." If I click the Back button to select the project type, the Next button is disabled. If I click the Back button again to re-select the *.vdproj file, both the Back and Next buttons are disabled.

I reverted back to AI 15.6 and was able to import the project (although I still need to verify that all the settings imported correctly).

Thank you for the provided files. I was indeed able to reproduce the described behavior.

I have forwarded this to the development team that is in charge of this feature and as soon as we will come to a conclusion, I will let you know. Unfortunately, I can not give you any estimation on when this will be done.

P.S.: Does the import fail with any project, or is it particular only to this project that you have sent us?

I've tried at least 2 separate projects, both give me the same error.

This was fixed in version 15.8 of Advanced Installer, released on March 20th, 2019.
