I have created an installer more than a year ago. I have set it to use the Licensing function with Use Serial Validation. It worked fine for a while. The files in the installer and the prerequisites changed over time but the serials remained the same. Now when a serial is entered in the licensing dialog, it fails with this message "Invalid serial number.". But if you click the Next button with the same serial again then sometime it works.
The issue is the serials sometimes work and sometimes does not. I even changed the entire serials and faced the same issue. It did not fix the issue. But the old installers created with the same project file works fine.
