Show Only If....

The Show Only If... option sounds like exactly what I need, but it is disabled on all of the dialogs in my installer. How do I enable it? It is also disabled on any new dialog that I add.

Hello,

This could happen if you add the dialog as a "New Dialog in Sequence". The "Show only if..." option works only for the regular dialogs you can add using the "New Dialog" option.

That worked, but then some of the button events were broken, and I couldn't get past the ProgressDlg.

It seems that some of the events can't be deleted?

I am not sure why that happened. Can you please send us the .aip (project file) to support at advancedinstaller dot com so we can investigate its settings? Also, please mention which control event got broken.

More that that if you could isolate the behavior into a pattern or test case we can follow this will be great.

The aip I was working with was Frankenstein-ed together. I will see if I can replicate the issue in a simpler file.
