Error occurred during initialization of VM

We have Advanced Installer version 15.8 with Enterprise Licence.

I made installation version 0.1.38 of our Java product with embedded Java, using Oracle jre1.8.0_191.
Everything worked fine.

I made new installation version 0.1.39 with higher version of JRE (jre1.8.0_192, I tried also jre1.8.0_201).
When I uninstall version 0.1.38 and then I install version 0.1.39 everything is OK.

In the case I install version 0.1.39 version over version 0.1.38, which is standard when we are using your updater tool, installation is also successful.
But when I try to run our product.exe file it doesn't start.
Using redirect error output from product.exe I found this error:

Error occurred during initialization of VM
Unable to load native library: Can't find dependent libraries

Can you help me with this error?

But when I try to run our product.exe file it doesn't start.

By "product.exe", do you mean the setup or the application that is installed by your setup?

If it is the second case, could you please forward me the verbose log of the upgrade process by e-mail at support at advancedinstaller dot com?
