Advanced Installer Tools are not running on guest operating system

Here i've faced a problem while repackaging an existing .exe Apps.

Everything works properly but at the end it shows,

"Advanced Installer Tools are not running on guest operating system"


For your kind information:

My Host OS: Windows 10 Pro
Version : 1903
OS Build : 18362.30

Guest OS on Hyper-V VM: Windows 10 Pro
Version :1809
OS Build :17763.529

and Hyper-v VM configuration as below:

Integration Services: Guest services is checked with all others options.

Network Adapter: Configured as external linking with my host os adapter.

I've install Advanced Installer Tools manually on guest operating system.

And Created a checkpoint while Advanced Installer Tools on running state.

Advanced Installer Tools log is empty always and i got a ip address. I've ping the ip from guest os and got response too.

Aftrer retry the same problem exists. And if cancel the operation another error message "Provisioning operation was aborted"

My request for a quick solution please ....

Hello and welcome to our forums,

I cannot say why this happens. From your words everything seems to be configured just fine.

Could you try to ping your guest machine within your host machine and make sure there is a reply? Also, could you try to use another VM (if any other available) and see how this works?
