multiple .exe's converted to a single, silent .msi - installs on Win 7 but not Win 10

Hi,

I'd really appreciate some help with this, I've converted several versions of a software package from .exe to a single .msi which I need to install silently, this .msi runs on a Win 7 machine and installs all the packages but fails on Win 10 despite the exe / msi conversion having been done on a Win 10 laptop.

I've tried running the installer from the command line and saving a verbose log, the final lines are below but the main error appears to be '1603', from what I've read this relates to permissions on the install location, but I'm running it from an Administrators profile.

That error can be translated to: "A fatal error occurred during installation".

Unfortunately, as you can already see, it does not give us much information about what is going on.

In order for me to further investigate this, could you please forward me the following:

- a copy of the .AIP file
- the full verbose log of the installation process
- a download link for your setup

by e-mail at support at advancedinstaller dot com?
