Custom Action Issue for : Installed AND (NOT (REMOVE="ALL"))

After windows updates completed one of our machine.
If product is already installed on the machine then we are showing the message as "Product already installed" but windows updates not showing any messages.
Setup started directly.

This sounds like a strange behavior.

The following message:

Another version of this product is already installed. Installation of this version cannot continue. To configure or remove the existing version of this product, use Programs and Features in the Control Panel.

appears only when two products have the same ProductCode. Maybe you have increased the version from your second setup and you have also changed its ProductCode, thus the message will no longer be spawned.

Another thing that I can think of right now is the fact that maybe you did not have a previous version of your software installed. Have you checked this in Control Panel before launching your setup?
