Unattended Install of AI itself

Hi folks,
We use Advanced Installer, but we have started to streamline our deploy process so that a mchine spins up, creates the necessary environment, then creates our app. We do this using the Chocolatey Package Manager. There is no choco package for Advanced Installer that I can find.

It's not very clear to me if there is a way of installing Advanced Installer in an unattended and silent manner. Certainly it can be used to create installers that have those properties, but can the program itself be installed this way?

Edit: I've found a Choco package for Advanced Installer 10.6 - anyone know if it can be done with more recent versions?

Re: Unattended Install of AI itself

Hi and welcome to Advanced Installer forums.

I admit that I'm not familiar with Chocolatey Package Manager, but Advanced Installer can be installed silently as any MSI package (by sending the "/qn" command line to it).

All the command lines supported by an MSI package, as well as Advanced Installer, are detailed in the "Msiexec.exe Command Line" article.
