My Advanced Installer is crashing randomly. It happens about 1x / day and it is never in the same place in the app. Is there log files that I can look into or something else I could try?
I am afraid there is no error log file you can enable for our application. Do you get any stack trace error when the application crashes? If so, you could try to forward us the related stack trace by email at support at advancedinstaller dot com so we can further investigate on that.
Also, could you try to manually uninstall and then install from scratch our product and see if this helps? Maybe something got corrupted inside the installation resources.
