Bootstrapper with MSIX - Prerequisites not checked/installed

Hello,
I tried creating a bootstrapper (EXE - to check for some prerequisites) and bundled with MSIX package.
On installation, the prerequisites are neither checked nor installed. The MSIX package gets deployed though.

Whereas the same (prerequisites check and install) works fine if MSIX is NOT bundled with bootstrapper EXE.
Requesting for a support here please. The project file (.aip) is attached for reference:

Indeed, this seems to be an Advanced Installer issue. A fix will be available in a future version of Advanced Installer. Thank you for bringing it to our attention.
