Windows Defender Smartscreen blocks all created installations

Hello,

I use the AI 14.1.1 enterprise.
All new installations (exe) are blocked by the Windows Defender Smartscreen when downloading with Edge.

I creatad a new blank AI project from scratch with no files in it, with single exe. I just named it MyTest. And even this is blocked by Windows Defender Smartscreen!

I alreaedy reported this to MS, but as I found only to submit samples to the windows defender anti virus, but not to Windows Defender Smartscreen, I am not sure if they will check this.
