problem of can not charging a dll after same time

Hi guys, I'm in trouble now PLZ help me I had a .NET project that connects to same Readers and it works perfectly when I install it but I find that when installing the app after 15 mins or more ( or maybe to more 5 PCs) I don't know but after time I found that my application still works but it can't charge "ZLDevManage" (the responsible of connection between the app and the reader).

I am not quite sure how this is related to Advanced Installer.

Whatever happens outside of the installation process does not have much to do with Advanced Installer, therefore I am not sure how I can provide assistance in this matter.
