You are working with Advanced installer Version 17.4 (A9D5B2AE).
You create a folder C:\Version 1\ on your computer.
You create a new project (any type, ex: professional) and save this project into the Version 1 folder.
You set the project file .aip to readonly.
You copy the folder Version 1 into a new folder C:\Version 2\ and leave file read-only.
You open the .aip file from the version 2 folder, using double-click on the .aip file.
You do any change, and try to save the project (or build it). As the file is read-only, the "Save As" window opens.
Advanced Installed suggest you to save the project into the "Version 1" folder, while you had it open from the "Version 2" folder.
If you don't pay attention, you may overwrite the wrong file by mistake.
It seems that Advanced installer is suggesting to save in the last saved folder, instead of suggesting the current project file path by default.
This causes some confusion when working with projects that have similar names but different folders roots.
