Error calling MSI API

I mainly use AI as a repackager but I decided to try and make my own installer instead of using a CMD file and I am getting this error and I have no clue what it means:

Hi,

Can you confirm you get this error while building your setup project?

Also, can you please send us the .aip (project file) to support at advancedinstaller dot com so we can investigate its settings?
